Chocolate!

Chocolate contains phenylethylamine, the same feel-good chemical responsible for the ecstatic high people experience through sexual attraction and love.

Scary thing for the guys, is that 52% of women said they'd prefer quality chocolate over steamy sex. The reason comes down to the fact chocolate is seen as a comfort food. When polled, people will rarely give up comfort foods for other things, even sex.

Chocolate also produces endorphins that help women maintain a hormonal balance. Thus the desire for monthly doses of chocolate.

Studies have found dark chocolate leads to greater sex drives in men and woman. Keep in mind, the act of sex burns calories. So enjoy the sweet because you'll burn the calories off.

With all the sales on Halloween candy, it's time to stock up a personal stash of chocolate! After all, it's important to our health.

Better Than Sex - What?

What is better than sex? Why cake of course!

If you love chocolate and caramel and whipped cream and prefer to forget about calories, you need to try this decadent confectionery.

You just licked your screen, didn't you!

Tammie brought this cake with her to our Girls’ Weekend.

Oh, Lordy!!! It was soooo goooooddd!!

Even Amy’s brother, Lucius Larry, agreed with us ladies.

Tammie said it’s super easy to make.

1. Take one box of chocolate cake mix and make it according to the directions on the box. Allow it to cool.

2. Use a wooden spoon handle to poke holes all over the cake.

3. Grab a 12 oz jar of caramel ice cream topping and 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk. Pour all over the cake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

4. Top with 8oz of whipped topping. Add mini chocolate chips, or crushed Oreo cookies or heath bars or whatever floats your boat.

Store in the fridge or it can be frozen.

Give it a try.
You'll love it!
It's orgasmic!

#TastyTemptaions Tuesday - Chocolate & Wine!

I love chocolate (the darker, the better).
I love cherries and I love wine.

On a whim, I bought a bottle of Cocobon Wine. I liked the description on the lable.
Experience Cocobon, a harmonious blend that tantalizes the senses and transports you along a spell-binding journey to Nirvana. Become immersed in deep crimson tones that deliver decadent aroma and flavor, from dark cherry to rich vanilla, mocha and cocoa.
Oh the lable wasn't kidding!  This beverage is an orgasm for the tounge.
When inhaling the arroma, the scent was sharp but sublte with only the faintest hint of berries.  The smell carries dark raspberries with vanilla and the flavor is even better. At first you taste a rich full flavor of red fruits. The soft, mild tannins were completely overpowered by the luscious flavors of rich vanilla and dark chocolate. This powerful combination then melted into a blueberry finish with just a hint of bite to help the flavor linger on in the mouth. Even after you swallow, the flavors continue to dance on the back of your tongue.
I highly recomend to enjoy this drink slowly for the wonderful experience!
Perhaps the wine is so appealing because it was created by a lady winemaker Georgetta Dane.
It takes a woman to know what a woman really wants in a wine!
She continues her journey at Cocobon, where she harnesses the power of all her senses and creates a Zen-like balance at the intersection of art, science, and soul.

Tasty Tuesday - Benefits of Chocolate

I LOVE CHOCOLATE!

All chocolate is wonderful but I prefer the darker varieties. Darling Hubby has treated me with gifts of chocolate he's collected during his jaunts around the world.

Did you know there are many PROVEN health benefits to consuming chocolate?
YEAH, BABY!

Dark chocolate is loaded with nutrients. Made from the seeds of the cocoa tree, it is one of the best sources of antioxidants. (If you have an autoimmune disease like me, you appreciate antioxidants.) Studies show that dark chocolate can improve health and lower the risk of heart disease.

* Dark chocolate 70% and higher cocoa is considered nutritious. However, don't consume in large amounts due to calories and sugars. The caffeine amount is smaller than a cup of coffee. Trust me, a little square nibbled on while sipping red wine is a perfect evening snack.

* Quality dark chocolate is rich in fiber, iron, magnesium, copper, and a few other good minerals.

* Cocoa and dark chocolate have a wide variety of powerful antioxidants, more than most other foods. For fun add a few frozen blueberries or strawberries to hot cocoa in the winter. Not only will it cool the drink but add even more antioxidants during the cold season.

* Chemistry Lesson of the Day: The bioactive compounds in cocoa can improve blood flow in the arteries and cause a small but statistically significant decease in blood pressure.

Can I take a bath in chocolate?

Wrap Me In Choclate

Hi, My name is Mary. I'm a chocoholic.

Do you love chocolate so much you'd bathe in it?

Here's your chance.

Warm 1/2 cup of honey in a microwave then stir in 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened cocoa until it dissolves. If the mixture cools, reheat it, but don't let it get hot. Now spread the mudlike spaste evenly over your body.

Wrap your legs, arms and torso in plastic wrap to seal in the paste and sit or lie for 20 minutes.

Once done, peel of the wrap and wsh away the paste in a warm shower.

Your skin should feel silky smooth.

There are hydrating and revitalizing antioxidants in cocoa and honey.
