Give Me a Shot of Whiskey Sanitizer

During the shutdown of almost everything during Quarantine 2020, several companies have "switched gears" and are producing other items. We see examples every day on the news such as GM building ventilators, ice manufactures making protective shields, etc. My favorite Switch is the distilleries making hand sanitizer.

Traverse City Whiskey Company quickly answered a need. The little distillery is located in the quaint Northern Michigan town of Traverse City and makes some of the smoothest whiskey around. The amazing team there, switched gears and began making hand sanitizer.

My middle son, Devin, goes to school and works in TC and ordered some of the hand sanitizer for us.

Check it out!
It's sooooo cool!!!!

to get yours today!

Thank you Traverse City Whiskey Co.
for everything you do!

Take Out Some Love

Hubby said, "Don't cook tonight. Let's order take-out." Music to my ears.
We ordered dinner from the Junction of Hope, a local restaurant.

"The Junction of Hope is America’s first nonprofit 501(c)3 restaurant. Our mission is to employ adults with special needs in Saginaw, Shiawassee and Genesee Counties. Though we operate as a restaurant, our real purpose is to be an employer of people with special needs."  - Taken from their web page.

My family eats there often as my sister-in-law knows several of the "kids" who work at "the Junction". Cheryl has gone to school with or competed at Special Olympics with many of those who pass through the doors.

Lucky for us, they are offering their full menu via take-out.

My whitefish was tender and so flavorful, it melted in my mouth. The homemade coleslaw was made perfectly according to food connoisseur son #2. I paired my meal with a Prophecy white wine.
Hubby had the baked cod dinner with extra fish, of course, with fries and a salad. He paired his meal with a Corona Light. The boys had monster burgers and ate all their food plus my fries.

We
enjoyed our dinner on the deck and were entertained by the backyard wildlife including 3 turkeys. (Real birds... not my guys, even tho they can be turkeys at times.)

During this time, we need to help our local restaurants more than ever. I'm talking about the ones who are owned by someone you normally might run into at the grocery store or church. Most of these small businesses are offering Take-Out services; some even Drive-In services. Try to make a point at least once a week to take a break from cooking and "get some take-out".  Add some wine or a brew, take it to the deck or porch or even picnic style.  Enjoy time alone with your honey or as a family.

A Morning Moment of Calm

A little bit of Heaven when I wake early. While filling the feeding stations this morning, I waited patiently for a very pregnant Downy Woodpecker to finish nibbling on yesterday's leftovers before pouring fresh seed, dried fruit and nuts onto the plate. Birds flitted around me while others called out, announcing the arrival of breakfast. The nails of squirrels scraped the bark as they began their descent from their hiding places in the tall oaks. Reds stopped every few inches to argue who would eat first; heavy fox squirrels ignored the chatter but watched me with cautious eyes.
Sitting on my deck, I take in a deep cleansing breath and look around. Leaves are sprouting so fast, one could almost hear them. Sunlight dapples through the branches, creating a holy light. Perhaps it's the purity of spring seen in nature. It's a time of birth and rebirth, refresh and renew.

We seem to be venturing into a new era. How will you rebirth, refresh, and renew?

Spring is in the Air

A walk about my yard shows various signs of spring.
One of of the three young, handsome bachelor turkeys is letting the ladies know he is very available.  Hes been visiting the feeding stations with hopes of catching a hen's eye.
Poor Tom, the hens are being coy.

Flowers are scattered around the yard. Unfortunately, squirrels ate all my tulip bulbs. My mother-in-law's squirrels dont have the same palate so she shared from her bounty.

Encourage wildlife to visit your yard by putting put feeders. Something as simple as a tin pan with dried bread with bring some activity. Watching them reminds you of the wonderful world around you.

Share flowers from your garden with those who could use something to brighten their day. It will warm your heart.

Sensual Saturday - Shower Scene from Eagle Dance

In today’s hectic life with busy schedules, it’s hard to find time for each other. Grab the moments when you can. Add a little romance to your life by taking a sensual shower with your honey. (I suggest finding a shower gel or soap you both enjoy and saving it for such an occasion.)

Please enjoy this shower scene from Eagle Dance.

“Damn!” His jaw dropped. She stood gloriously naked, water dripping from her hair into her face. Blonde strands plastered the skin of her shoulders above high breasts. The areolas were like large cherries begging to be plucked, and he had every intention of exploring each inch of her toned belly to the neatly trimmed fair hair at the junction of her thighs. He wanted her long, lean legs wrapped around his waist while she rode him into tomorrow. Blood drained from his brain and rushed to his cock again, and the need to taste and touch her everywhere forced his feet to move.

“Holy shit.” Her eyes grew wide as she gawked at his naked body. Stepping back, she let him slide under the water.

“Is something wrong?” Pleased with his effect on her, he smirked and placed his hands on his hips.

“I wondered what you looked like under all those clothes, but didn’t expect perfection. Wowza.”

He kept his body in peak physical form and secretly coveted her admiration. Moving her soapy hands over his body, she used the slipperiness to her advantage, setting him on fire. He reached out to pull her close for a kiss, but she moved back to skim over his shoulders, massage his neck then up and down his arms. She splayed her long fingers on his chest and across his abs and ribcage.

Even in the military, he’d never been so thoroughly inspected. His beauty knelt and massaged his thighs and calves. She soaped along his hips then cupped his balls and palmed his hard cock. Intense bliss suffused all parts of his body, especially the one in her grasp. Glancing down, he admired the scattering of freckles over her creamy skin. He almost fell out of the tub at the sight of the smooth curve of her backside. Amanda must have noticed her effect on him because she giggled softly. Continuing to stroke and pet him while she rose, she licked water off his belly and chest.

“You are too good to be real. You can’t be human.”With tiny kisses, she sucked droplets off his chin.

“I am.” Tempted to say more, he only chuckled. “Mostly.”

“I could have wild monkey sex with you all night.” she whispered against his lips and continued to stroke his cock.

Ikwe, that can be arranged, but I’d like to slow things down.” Closing his eyes, he focused on her touch.

Whew!!! That was hawt!!! I need a cold shower!
