A Morning Warm Up

9 degrees Farenheit in my neck of the woods. The dogs didnt want to stay outside long. I managed to shovel the deck before I gave in to the need for a hot breakfast.

Back inside I whipped up my favorite veggie omelet on grts. Today I used only egg whites instead of the whole egg. 

(Teen Son said he would take care of the yolks.)

Anyways...the dish was yummy!
